1. Let new paint dry

Let paint dry for 30 days and use non-matte paint to prevent bubbles or peeling. To test unknown paint, install one panel and wait two weeks before finishing your installation.

2. Clean

Clean the wall with 70% isopropyl alcohol mixed with 30% water. Wipe with a soft cloth or sponge. Let the wall dry, and then repeat up to 3 times.

3. Smooth

Use a sanding block or scraper to smooth snags or bumps on the wall.

4. Put panels in order

Put panels in order. Some wallpaper designs need to go up in a certain order. Check your panels for numbers at the bottom. Be sure to start with panel one.

5. Make a level line

Use a level to draw a vertical line 24 inches from the left side of your wall. This will ensure your pattern is level. Remove outlet or vent covers if needed.

1. Peel off top of backer

Peel away the backer 6 inches from the top. Line up your first panel with the line you placed on the wall. Leave a 1” overlap on the ceiling.

2. Peel off rest of backer

Work in one-foot increments and smooth the wallpaper downwards with the included squeegee.

3. Overlap panels by 1 inch

Use painters tape to align panels if installing alone. Use the squeegee and apply pressure to ensure each panel has securely adhered to the wall.

4. Trim excess

Use a sharp blade and ruler to trim off any leftover wallpaper.

Removal: To permanently remove your wallpaper, slowly peel each panel off the wall.
